2. Services Offered:
Know-How specializes in providing high-quality filmmaking, social media, and advertising services to clients in Lebanon and the MENA region. Our services may include but are not limited to video production, social media marketing, advertising campaigns, and creative content development.

3. Client Responsibilities:
Clients engaging with Know-How are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the successful delivery of services. Any delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information will not be the responsibility of Know-How.

4. Confidentiality:
Know-How respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any confidential or proprietary information to third parties without the client’s explicit consent unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, related to the services provided by Know-How are the property of Know-How. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Payment Terms:
Payment terms, including fees and payment schedules, will be agreed upon between Know-How and the client before the commencement of any services. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

7. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the engagement for services with a written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to compensate Know-How for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability:
Know-How will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or website.

9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts.
